This form can be used to prepare text for submission to eZine sites such as Another Realm and Strange Horizons who take submissions as plain text in email. The converter will change the double quote characters “” to the " character and the single quote characters ‘’ to the ' character. It changes the Ellipsis … to three periods and the em-dash — to two dashes. Other unicode characters are changed to the ? character so check when you are done for question marks that don't make sense.
When the conversion is done any characters that were changed to ? are displayed to warn you that your text needs to be tweeked.
